Is this cheaper than off-the-shelf software?
Usually not on day one, and usually yes over a year — no per-seat fees and no features you pay for and never use. Kevin will tell you honestly if a free tool already does what you need.
Who hosts it and who owns the data?
It runs on a server we manage for you, backed up daily. The data is yours and you can export it any time.
Can my assistant use it without training?
That is the goal of the prototype step. If your assistant cannot use the prototype, we change it before building.
