- Per-vehicle ledger: purchase, transport, repairs, floor-plan interest, sale — profit per car and monthly and yearly roll-ups
- Supplier parts-credit ledger: bought, paid, still owed — never forced per-car allocation
- Receipt photo upload to a cost line; customer payment plans; an owner dashboard
- One-time import of the existing Excel history; real data since September 2026
